CMI-Flu Data Resource
Figure 1 : Our goal is to provide access to a wide range of influenza vaccination studies through our central repository.
Our goal is to provide simplified access to a wide range of influenza vaccination studies, allowing for both the building of large computational models as well as the extraction of specific subsets of data for specific questions. Our pipeline for collecting and integrating data is shown in Figure 1 and our overall approach is described here.
Our data comes from (click on each link to learn more):
- experiments performed on the UGA cohort (Year 0 cohort)
- experiments performed on our own LJI cohort
- Year 1 cohort
- Years 2-4 will be collected over the next flu seasons
- publicly-available datasets
